I’ve been through a lot – in my career and personal life – including a car accident at the age of 18 that nearly killed me. Instead, it left me with a long road to recovery and a profound appreciation for my life and everything in it.

My story isn't just one of resilience; it's a testament to embracing life's extraordinary gifts, even in the face of adversity.

Two decades later I met the man who held my hand and kept me conscious after my car accident. Meeting him was an unexpectedly pivotal moment that sparked a realization: I was destined for something bigger! It was time to leave behind my successful stationery and graphic design business, built over 12 years, and embark on a new path – Lab Creative was born.

Because of my experience I have a unique perspective on life, business, and mortality. I’m here to live a big, bold life filled with adventure, fun, love, vitality, connection, creativity, wealth, and impact.

In the last 8 years since founding Lab Creative, I've been privileged to use my expertise to help entrepreneurs design their lives and businesses, enabling them to find greater happiness, fulfillment, and prosperity.

Sharing my message – about branding, life and the chemistry and magic of it all – from the stage is my truest passion. With over two decades of public speaking under my belt, I've engaged audiences ranging from high school students to surgeons and entrepreneurs. My aim is simple: to unleash magic, impact, and transformation from the stage.

Recently, my family and I returned to Toronto after an epic 10-month adventure living abroad in Sicily. An avid traveler with an adventurous spirit – I bring my bold spirit to every stage I grace.
